Order for freezing plant to Australian Longliner

The Australian shipowner Australian Longline Vessel Pty Ltd is ordering a new longliner, and via the shipyard Vard Vung Tau Ltd. in Vietnam we have now obtained the order for delivery of a freezing plant of 20 ton to their newbuild no. 916.

The vessel will be 61,9 m long and with accommodation facilites for 30 persons. The propulsion system is both diesel mechanical and diesel electrical, and the line system will consist of not less than 60.000 fishing hooks. The design of the vessel will be Skipsteknisk ST156L.

The vessel is planned to be delivered from yard to owner in October 2020.
